... and there was a time when very high-end halls offered belly dancing, and people would stay up, watch the dance, and wait to see the dance ... and they used to call the halls de "the overseer" and from this opera, many Egyptian dances appeared, and they made famous and made films also, and among the halls there was an opera called "Sahari." City ", Auberge" Al-Ahram "and" Badiaa "casino, which is the sale of Badia Massabni ... the great teacher ...

In Cairo, there was a street called “Muhammad Ali Street,” which was a center for oriental arts, and at that time, who wanted a professional dancer to dance in his joy, it was necessary to go to Muhammad Ali Street in which “the worlds” lived with their music bands in order to contract with them to dance in joy or whatever Another occasion ...!

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no discussion of dances in this street..and almost the entire artistic movement has ended .. Yadoub is there as many places where they sell musical instruments and salvation..and of course this has had a great negative impact on the future of belly dancing in Egypt!

Until now, there is still a street very well known for belly dancing called “Haram Street,” which has a casino in it that offers belly dancing to varying degrees. Of course, this street is considered an important tourist attraction and good money enters the country ..! This street, after the January 25 revolution, had many attempts by the Muslim Brotherhood to close the casinos in it, and indeed the Brotherhood businessmen tried so once that they buy these casinos from their owners at fantastic prices in order to turn them into shops selling clothes and don't know what !!

There was a casino in it called "The Gondola" that offered belly dance that was owned by Safia Helmy, and after her death the son of her sister, the producer, Sherif Abdel Azim, inherited it. Earth is in a huge business that makes big profits ...! Indeed, this ancient casino has closed and no one remains aware of the fate of art going on in Egypt !!?

And we must not forget that despite all of this, Egypt had a pioneering role in the emergence of professional dancers who remained now schools of belly dancing all over the world ...

Suheir Zaki danced in all the joys of the children of the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser .. and danced in front of US President Richard Nixon and Tunisian President Habib Bourguiba. And she danced in the presence of the former Shah of Iran. And she visited Moscow at the invitation of General Grechko, the Soviet Defense Minister under Brezhnev

In the following generations, dances like "Zizi Mustafa", "Fifi Abdo" and "Dina" appeared in the following generations.

But the dances of this generation appeared in completely different conditions than those before them, when art in general was more prosperous and there were no loud voices in which the art of belly dancing was clearly forbidden. Like the dancer Dina appeared in El Sobky's films, it has nothing to do with art !!

Usually belly dancing has its own music ... and the one who excelled in composing it by great musicians, or like eloquent Hamdi pieces ... who let all Egyptian women rock their midst and dance to their cheerful tunes with their fast rhythm, like the piece "Dandash", "Love Story" and "Warda" ... and the most famous "Aziza" music by Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab! And many others, because the Egyptian joy cannot be played without belly dance music.

Heseebom with a dance for the genius "Suheir Zaki ... and we will complete the next episode
